Storage sheds that are stick-built or assembled from kits here must conform to the Zoning setbacks and height restrictions, and some jurisdictions require sheds more than 10'x10'x10' to conform to wind loads (hurricane straps, etc).

Parging over it would have required a LOT of mud so was not cost effective.We decided to put up 1x3 strapping & cover the walls & ceilings with new drywall.

Hi Jack,Which deal pencils out to more for you, and less risk.For instance if you have a partner with deeper pockets, and something goes wrong for a few months, and you are cash strapped at the moment, the partner may be able to cover the problems (not all seemingly cash flush partners will be cash flush when you need them though).Will a partner add anything to the deal for you.
