I made an account on the bookstore website using the same email thinking it would recognize it and be linked to my BP account but it does not and doesn't recognize I have a pro account and still tries to charge me for landlord forms. 

I also have a friend who recently launched a platform specializing in reducing the administrative burden of tax appeals (link below and happy to connect you to them), which tends to increase the success rate.
