Has anyone transferred a rental from a LLc in one state to an LLC in another state?

(not all debt ever reports to credit bureaus) They do not know that the tax returns will show the income or loss from the LLC, and that there are about 4 different reports other then the credit report that underwriters use to find undisclosed debt. 

We want to start an LLC, the fee with our attorney is over $1000, i did come across legalzoom and other online LLC services which costs a few hundred. 

Origination fee was about 7K, about 1.5-2 points, and a transfer fee since the loan was being moved from one name to an LLC.

Transferring properties in your name to a LLC gives you instant asset protection.

Should I start with moving our house into my LLC or just keep it under our names?

Hey BP,Currently a partner 50/50 and I have a dozen properties under one LLC.  

Traditional lenders in this industry won't fund you on a purchase of a SFH that has leases for rooms and the building will need to be in your LLC name which means a primary bank won't lend you either cause of that and cause of your employment status.You have a real chance to start. 

Looking into moving personal properties to LLC and then trying to get Business Line Of Credit which will help make it easier to scale and diversify.
