I already introduced my self in the new introductions area so I'll just get right to it.One of my buddies from college and I are planning on investing in a few multi-family homes (2 3-4 family units to begin with) we would be buying them cash so I figure we'd get some wiggle room on the price.

I really want to be sitting down with her...well, yesterday so I can get my inspector in there ASAP....but, an introduction by Tuesday is my goal.I've seen posts about how to locate property owners who are MIA...I will shamelessly share for your entertainment, and shock...I am determined, so yes, you will be shocked...how I have gone about locating my friend who I call Wald-a.
