They had a website interface for the 203K loan progress and checklists for things that needed to be inspected for draws.

It’s a 1,494 sq ft 3 bed 2 bath that’s been listed for just over 50 days and all offers and counteroffers are through the banks interface, so there’s no human interaction for any of this which is a little unfortunate. 

@Shital Thakkar I use to use Rentmonitor.com and switch to erentpayment.com for past 3 months. erentpayment.com has good customer service but the user interface is horrible.

No, this PM is very good at interfacing with tenants and customer service for both tenants and me as the owner.  

They can interface with any title co or attorney you choose as well.  

Turnarounds are a little more work and may require more effort depending on you experience and how you interface with the lender.
