I had the opportunity to hold my real estate license in New Jersey years ago and at that time I had the chance of reading several books of real estate investment and attended seminars on this subject.Now together with my wife, we are ready to dedicate 100% of our time to this fascinating field of real estate investment rentals and/or flipping house properties…I firmly believe that in order to expedite our work as a real estate investor, it is necessary to have a real estate agent license, for this reason I have decided to take the real estate Salesperson 75 Hours Pre-Licensing Course again, starting this weekend ...Regards,Horacio

i was at a seminar yesterday here in NYC that was very fascinating about investing and making money in second mortgages notes i was wondering if anyone here had any experience with this sort of investment and can share it with us?

I've always felt somewhat drawn to real estate ever since I was very young and am not ashamed to say that at age 7 or 8 I would watch the early morning infomercials with fascination as I saw how easy it was to build your net worth with NO MONEY DOWN and just hours a week.I have a fairly robust background in investing given that my current job requires it, an undergraduate degree in a finance and the beginnings of a CFA charter, so at very least I have a cursory understanding of RE finance, especially from a numbers point of view.

It is all quite fascinating and an amazing time to be in this market.

I actually find these stories about people taking a huge hit on cash purchases fascinating.
