It is a very competative sector and it varies a lot based on the commodity.If you really want to be a trader then most of the time it woudl make sense to get hired by a company that has an existing business.

There were hundreds of other traders with better/more battle-tested info that you could purchase reasonably.

If I can get some help in structuring a deal so that the seller (who is a trader getting some amount of control over the asset from the bank, at the moment) doesn't circumvent me in order to be able to offer this distressed property.

BTW, That was a suggestion from my Realtor (Buyer) Can I have HEAVY penalty beyond termination of temp lease (beyond 48 hours) for ex very HIGH daily rent $100/per day, after termination of the lease so, there is a clear message to seller (tenant) to vacate the property as early as possible.

I think it depends on the investor, but in general, you don't hear people talking about "Real Estate Traders" or "RE Speculators"   As the stock market turns nasty in the next 18 months (my prediction) I believe housing will suffer a bit.
