With that said I feel like I significantly improved my position and reduced my stress..Being  high income earner is great, but the goal is what you keep and what you spend.

However, leaving them where they are I feel like I'm missing out on bookings. 

Even the 3400 would be pretty amazing if you could swing it.The bottom line is what a place like that would bring.

They cited insurance reasons, which could very well be true, but many residents felt it as a big "f you" Now folks from outside the community could argue this was an entitled stance from the residents, to feel they had access to this private land when they didn't, and that on the face is certainly true.

I am sure others will feel the same.

It's a bit overdone for me and feels like investing there is late to the party.

It feels premature to sign a purchase agreement without agreeing on a price or even seeing the property.

When buyers see this they automatically feel the work was done professionally.I will either be present or have a PM present at the home inspection for my sales that have a builder warranty component.

You may not be able to break the contract this year but would recommend getting additional estimates going forward if you feel it is expensive.
