Obviously, I always check their driver's license (if they don't have one, they're a drunk) and I check with their previous landlords, income, etc.

To name a few… Things like; DMV records, credit report records, post office records, drivers license records, address used on tax returns, W-2’s, 1099’s, unemployment claims, hunting and fishing licenses, credit card statements, bank statements, insurance of all sorts; home owners, health, life etc., what your friends, family, neighbors, and employer would tell someone asking about where you live.

Preventing it....ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE, do you realize there is a site where you can go online pay 15 bux..yes 15 and purchase ANYONE IN THE COUNTRY drivers info and then take it to the dmv and get a drivers license issued to you in their name!!

Now the trash company provides a container that can be picked up and dumped using the mechanical arms and driver usually does not have to even get out of the vehicle.
