Taking MY template and selling it for double the price is not  "student surpassing the master". 

When digging deeper, I notice a lot of landlords would rather take cash tenants and not deal with double inspections with section 8.

They are saying that she is required to give them a 60 day notice and the rent was going to be almost double because it would be month to month… dose that sound right or are they trying to pull one over on her? 

And 20th percentile in a collection of properties that has doubled in size.It sucks. 

And that get's even more confirmed when you look at home prices long term, like since WW2.It's like: I don't know if we are going to have snow for Christmas, or how much snow exactly it will be, but it's Wisconsin and so it's pretty safe to predict (even though maybe not 100%) we are going to have snow at some point next winter and the total accumulation is going to be probably around 30-50 inches.My operating assumption is that home prices are going to double (again) over the next ten years, just like the did over the last 10.

I personally doubled my portfolio in the last 1.5 years.

Rock solid rental while the money is in the stocks doing double duty as the principle investment as well as your down payment equivalent.  

Seems like as a psychologist you would know what is out of bounds.Your fragility keeps getting reinforced every time you post and you keep doubling down and tripling down.
