Added crown molding to the top of kitchen cabinets and fireplace.

The         lumber yard didn't "crown" the studs so the Contractor installed what YOU supplied.  

I am flipping a house in Baltimore and wondering peoples thoughts on details like crown molding, garbage disposals, and exposing/repointing brick.

Chimney cap, crown coat, waterproofing, and flashing are all fairly low in technical requirements and material costs.

Plan is adding paint, crown, refinishing the hardwood floors, granite tile counter tops, and appliances.

examples of things I have found and come up with: Staining cabinets and getting hardware, Deals on Crown molding on the secondary market, new light fixtures add a upgraded feel for cheap,French doors from the secondary market.  

Even these low-end properties now get all new flooring (carpet and 18†tile with deco dots) new appliances, granite counter tops, new sinks and faucets, dual pane windows, new base, casing and crown molding, new plugs and switches, interior two-tone and exterior paint.

Unfortunately there is a very slim, and I mean slim, chance that you are going to be able to approach a carrier (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, Etc.) or a tower company (ATC, Crown, Etc.), detail your property location, and get them interested in leasing the property for a tower.
