Know who the big players are and if they are vulnerable to a change or even if it can be affected by changes in Climate.Getting a lot of these kinds of knowledge only make Common Sense.... but as the saying goes, if Common Sense was so common, would we be saying it that way?! 

Due to it's location, it is about an hour south, north, and east of three other major paintball fields, with lots of players in the area likely traveling to other areas. 

Will the architect who did the design for the project approvals stay on board to do the CD's, and what is their charge for that design?

How do the major players vet their listings?  

So the question would be will the buyer's bank allow an assignment fee on the CD/Settlement Statement?

I have read about (but never tried) offering to open a large CD for a 6 or 12 month term as an inducement.

Who are the strongest players on the field?

They ultimately own the underlying property indirectly through the investment vehicleA, B, C, D, E form Partnership ABCDE.

I had toyed with purchasing CD's but found that the Ally Savings Account had a very decent interest rate where it wasn't worth doing a CD for less than 5 years.
