It may seriously take months, or your first deal may be tomorrow morning's first call.Also spend time reading and listening to podcasts (my favorite since I'm in the car a lot) as you will often find little golden nuggets that might change just slightly what you're doing and it could make all of the difference.One little nugget that I hope helps.

If it hasn't happened yet, this is probably something of what what you're going to see soon enough:-----------------A buddy will get out of college, buy himself a new car ("as a present") and rent an upscale apartment ("so good to finally get out of the dumps I used to have to live in!").
