Also, talk to multiple mobile home movers if you plan to move the home to get different estimates and opinions.

I follow a lady investor/agent in KC named Mindy Templeton (she's @investingyourwealth on instagram)She's definitely a mover and shaker, both for herself and helping others. 

I already started the eviction process and i have court date set for 8/31. hopefully the judge will do the right thing and make an end to this.my question is this this. she left some of her belongings there, mostly junk, old sofas, dressers and old clothes, do i need to get a bonded mover and constable to move her belongings or could i junk her stuff?

I would personally start with a local mobile home mover.

I believe the first movers on ADU's will have to educate the industry on the value proposition.  

In my 117yr old duplex my repairs/maintenance were about 150/m over the last year or so. 

   Hoping to network with other like minded persons who want to grow their portfolios and move real estate (Make Money).  

If I was single and flexible; I would be using a house hack or own and move/rent strategy for sure at least while building the business.
