If they have made and kept millions and millions of profit and then some to me that carries much more weight than wholesaling little deals.This mentor has more than likely seen many different cycles and has been successful over a very long period of time.I talk myself to other brokers who are in their 60's,70's, and 80's in age and have seen many cycles.

The problem I'm running into is that the cheaper properties that might get better percentages will require more upkeep (they're a reason they're selling cheap!)

Offer 3/4 what a commercial service would have charged and then agree on some price slightly higher.Remember as a property owner you always pay for upkeep.
