What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

It is also important to verify that connections to the posts are adequate for the required loading as member failure is not a catastrophic as connection failure.

@Jay Hinrichs, the bidding service you mentioned sounds exactly like what Heaton Dainard, Caliber and Vestus are doing in western WA.They drive the properties going up for auction that week, eyeball rehab, verify comps, bid for clients.

It should be equal to what is paid at hotels and is seemingly in line with what I have seen across the country I want to verify what Airbnb told me here, and ask what other Allegheny County investors have experienced regarding this.

When you found violations, did you document them in writing, give the tenant a deadline for correction, inspect to verify compliance, and use consequences for continued violations?

If it’s illegal activity that’s one thing, but if the sponsor has a recent poor track record - who is to confirm that or verify it without having it third party independently audited - same goes for those good sponsors.
