One of the frequent money cases that people share with me is one spouse wants to invest to get out of the rat race but the other spouse is unwilling to do so because their family grew up with little money.

Is this something everyone comes across quite frequently and i just have to accept the fact that a majority of the people out there will most-likely not show up at all or am i just running into some bad luck during my first go-around?

I frequently must send people to buyers agents with my own listings.  

It's a real pita to keep it clean, check the chlorine and adjust, check the ph and adjust, add water when necessary, clean the filter, vacuum the inside, remove dead bugs and leaves, and this is only 20 feet from my back door. 

Once in, communicating frequently on the progress, ensuring they understand what's happening along the way, helping them with administrative things that might come up all will lead to building that long term trusting relationship. 

We have set a 5 year goal of purchasing a beach condo in a resort that we frequent on vacation every year.

@Wave Taylor I would suggest speaking more frequently with the brokers on the deal to ensure that your bid is in line with others that they are receiving.

The organization has events quite frequently throughout the month and at least one event in each region of the state per month.

I originally came here to be a vacuum of information, now I find myself in a situation where I am over my head.
