Meeting the requirements one year doesn’t guarantee qualification in future years, especially if your level of involvement changes. 

Removing or lowering those LLPA's would level the playing field in terms of pricing, but making investment property loans more affordable is not going to help decrease prices. 

Personally, I need that level of control to feel comfortable investing relatively large  sums of money and is thus the reason why I’m not a fan of syndications.my 2 cents….Randy
