What if all of this is a charade to make you believe that a real unbiased inspection has been conducted on this property by someone competent to do it?

Appraisers are hired by their clients to help the client solve a problem or question by developing an independent and unbiased opinion.

I would love to hear any and all unbiased advice and would be happy to treat anyone to coffee for more insight!

Inspector: You want an unbiased and competent professional that will properly do their job and document it.

How will popularity effect the outcome, as everyone will not be unbiased, IMO.I think this is best left to private communications as is probably done now, without the public forum.OTH, I'd sure like to know who is screwing others or scamming people, don't know that it's something we need to or can police, convict, pass judgment and execute !

Cleveland looks good from cash flow however, they have a population decline and what seemed like not a ton of growing employers (I could be wrong this is just my unbiased out of state research so I'm sure someone will chime in here to correct me).
