hi, the Worcester area has triple deckers going for 400k or less but I would not recommend it for someone who is starting out in RE. the tenants there are tough to deal with. best of luck budd

I would recommend a triple net lease (NNN) where the tenant is responsible for paying additional fees - the property tax, all maintenance (including or excluding the roof - (your choice) and insurance on the property.

Don’t trust anyone telling you to make offers without seeing it.The second thing is to double/triple/quadruple check the contract you are signing.
