What the condo fee does cover is grounds maintenance, snow removal, exterior siding and roof as well as amenities if any which could be swimming pool, tennis courts, club house, etc.

Their house was FILTHY with thick layers of dust on every windowsill, under every piece of furniture, light fixtures, dust bunnies the size of tennis balls under their bed!

Many have community centers, tennis/pickle ball courts, swimming pools, etc.The residents enjoy community and comradery that usually doesn’t exist in most neighborhoods.

My place in Champions Gate heavily exceeded those revenue numbers last year but we really got lucky with nailing the theming and it turning out not just great, but REALLY great.
