Just received this one from LIMA ONE.Due to the ongoing volatility and uncertainty in the capital markets, Lima One has made the difficult decision to put a temporary hold on all Rental loan closings.

Don't know about you but having options available to tenants such as paying via credit card or taking out a temporary loan to make ends meet or waving certain fees... are options... which somehow you seem to disagree with because they aren't 'free'.

These regulations and the like are temporary. 

Or what about other temporary employees that are in essential businesses. 

Consider a payment plan on a case-by-case basisYes, there may be a moratorium on serving notices or evictions, but that is temporary.

I don't watch the news...I watch the actual news conference.I read actual reports, and not interpretations.I realize that any economic impact on purchases, business, investments, etc...aren't based on an economic problem, they're based on a temporary medical problem.I firmly believe, the medical problem will be solved in a short enough period of time and will not have any long term major negative impact on the economy.I know that when the "hounds are released", any negatives that might have happened to the economy, will bounce back and head north faster than it went south because of a built up demand...and the fact that this problem wasn't ecomonically based in the first place.

Buyer's maybe in a position to leverage and renegotiate a fair price they feel is justified, but Seller's on the other hand are not ready to lose their shirt, give in and settle for a deal they don't feel fair and justified.Any thoughts or feedback will be appreciated, without a doubt, real estate market has and will continue to be impacted, but do you feel the commercial real estate market has taken a nose dive or a starting a downswing cycle, will this be damage be temporary or permanent?

This is all temporary, this will come to an end and we will be ok.
