The technology to do it was there then.

I expect technology to eventually catch up and allow for some opportunities, but for now you have to make due.Your problem is the same as mine: they are worth a lot in prestige, but that doesn't get you any more cash flow.

Depends on a lot of things- your likeability and ability to forge relationships, how good the deal is, how much money you can put in, etc.

I did a bit of research on that also, but it seems most of what I found is for things that are going to some kind of cause, charity , or technology: all of which I am neither.Or, would it be best for me to find a private lender who could give me a loan to purchase the building and the loan for the actual business while using the building as collateral?

I haven't googled it but here would be my first thoughts:investor - someone who invests their money, in this case it would be in real estate.entrepreneur - someone who forges new paths by starting new businesses.

Evil pinky to the mouth thing when you say "10 Million Dollars" to get the full effect.I highly doubt it's palusible unless you're dealing with proprietary technology or an IPO.

The thing to consider is... let's say your site wants to get bigger and biger and needs new technologies to work.
