It's so easy to have some magnetic signs hanging around to throw on your other vehicle if you want to go do a bid and not take your big ole truck.I have no answer as to why they don't take advantage of this.....it's just dumb (maybe there's your answer :-) I have the company name on 3 out of 4 work trucks .

Which leads to other posters to offer no sympathy for those investors and then the name calling started.

@Glenn N.As mentioned this makes no sense and you as the lender would never change the name of your company because of thisThe loan is still in the original entity and the loan docs should have default provisions if you used a legitimate attorney to create them

My business is under a LLC but my properties are in my name.

I never had $10K to my name when I was getting started.

So hard money loan in my name, down payment and carrying costs covered by her but we still need to meet to hash out the details.

Because although he doesn't know my name or investing background he does think im a sucky entrepreneur. 

There is a % fee for withdrawing and/or closing, but that fee is capped at $250, so overall the fee structure seems reasonable to me.I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post the company's name here, so DM me and I can give you the name.
