I went to the house myself to clean it and noticed my cleaner really hasn’t been sweeping or vacuuming and so did a deeper clean today.I had someone come meet me to bid it out, and she is way way way more detail oriented than my usual cleaner.

And since the current landscaper lives a few blocks away, came by to plow snow and pick up sweep the place a few years back when my wife handle things since I had a stroke and she was hospitalized, and out of commission for a few months.

Carpet removal is QUICK and the added time to remove tac strips and sweep are minimal. $2/sqft would be on the high end for install by a professional installer.

I would invest in Idaho, Texas, or even Montana because this is where many long time  Washington residents are moving to or wait and sweep up later in the fall here in Washington when everything crashes.
