If most investors, and by most I mean 95% are not accountants, then why do they need to edit chart of accounts?

I'm talking to the seller's broker, but I would like to find my own people to assist with the due diligence period, such as an SBA loan broker, an accountant with experience doing QoE for this kind of transaction, and a lawyer.

So they can boot me anytime and they are on the checking account and can see all transactions I find that about as transparent as I can make it..

Hello Allen,Last year, we conducted a study with a few clients and produced a white paper.

What they don't account for is that I could buy the home 15% below market rate.

Often the owner provided the wrong account or routing info.
