As Milwaukee is my home market I have a strong interest in investing here.

My partner and I have been living in Dutchess for a few years, and are moving a bit north for his work, and are excited at the real estate opportunities this also unlocks. 

Morris knew early on that he had a horrific ground partner.. 

The influx of tech jobs, manufacturing, mining, and Californians there is a strong population and combined with limited to no multifamily new construction we expect a severe housing shortage.

I realize this may not be a strong enough reason if the market dynamics have shifted.As for California, my interest lies in the fact that I live here.

I have one of my major partners based in the Smokies and we love seeing this!  

No real strong leads!?! 

Long term, the Austin market will do just fine with strong population and job growth.

Since you're investing from a distance, I recommend interviewing multiple agents, lenders, property managers, contractors, and other professionals to build a strong and reliable team.

And dont know about Ken.. but his partner for sure was very versed in sub to.. the information was accurate as we both kind of played in the northwest sandbox . and before sub to foreclosure rescues / rent backs became illegal in about 08 I personally did a few hundred of them.
