Furthermore, not every plumber is trained or equipped to work on the Navien units, making it harder to find techs when something does break.If the prices are similar and you plan on selling the property once it's stabilized, I would go with the combi units because there is a market perception that those are top-of-the-line, and you may get more for the building.

This has always amused me.  2020 has forced people to operate in different ways and has accelerated the learning curve for new methods of communication, but financing is still driven largely by perception for those writing larger checks for the companies that will end up on Tech Crunch and the rainbow chasers.
