Its not that much work, but the fact that I used to work at a w2 job, I would need to find time throughout the week to cut the grass, and shovel driveways at 4 am.

There is the argument as well, would you rather be hunting gold in the gold rush or sell the shovels?

I have off street parking so i provide heavier duty shovels for the walk-ways & call it a day.I found this to be a better option than to pay someone for lawn care, as i would most likely be spending more than $250 bucks a season on lawn/ snow removal & i also don't have to worry about making calls or staying on top of the contractors- I've been doing it this way for 2 years now and have zero complaints... i also think a lot of tenants subconsciously know that their rents would be higher if that service had to be hired out, so a lot of them will gladly go mow or shovel.

And we ate it all up with shovels.

They get the unit cleaned out, even using shovels, etc.

In addition, the timeframe for getting land shovel ready is ridiculous, once again, regulations.

Sites that provide low cost schematics are generally not shovel ready plans.

Who is going to be mowing the lawn, shoveling, snow, or keeping the gutters cleaned?
