I did a quick background and found he's been in jail for assault with a deadly weapon, child abuse with weapon, 2 counts of battery, he's a sexual predator, and violation of probation. 

Or, they just ask me for my contacts and proceed to destroy my reputation with the players in my market.All people want is something for nothing, instantaneous gratification, basically a diseased mentality.

The last thing you want, is to find yourself trying to explain or defend some sexual harassment complaint/allegation -- however you try to, it just comes out wrong. 

I can see there being a market for this to some extent; people are busy, lazy and like immediate gratification--me included.  

Just as an example: I once ran a guy out of town who was a professor at a bible college, who decided oit was OK to demand sexual favors from a lady who was in an installment purchase agreement with a non-profit organization.

Check to make sure they are not sexual offenders in the building .

Not immediate gratification, but...This company seems to be getting thru a lot of loopholes, surely their contracts, etc can not be that ironclad.

Further, depending on your state, laws may make it illegal to discriminate based on sexual orientation, source of income, citizenship, criminal history, and so on.

Saving is a lost art in our world of immediate gratification.

You have some pretty big goals to meet and that will start by delaying the gratification now.It might be a good idea for you to pick up Scott Trench's book "Set For Life" if you haven't already read it.
