I think I would settle for $100-$150 if it was the right deal cause atleast you are starting your portfolio and building equity as time goes on, but still, availability is key and just not seeing it.

They know how to contact the owner, arrange for the owner to settle with the bank, then buy the house from the owner.

The Jefferson County Sheriff never executed the set out, I finally settled with the tenant on 10/15/2018 and paid her $500 to leave and called her an uber to take her to a hotel  because her car got repossessed.

Now if the Landlord contacts the HA saying the tenant owes back rent and the tenant disputes the charges then it has to be settled in JP Court.

My wife is an amazing decorator and we are toying with the idea of leaving all furniture/ammenities in the house and renting to mid-term renters (people relocating needing a place while they get settled, healthcare providers doing residencies etc..)...I'd really appreciate any feedback from anyone who has experience with this..ideas on advertising, pricing rents, contracts etc....thanks in advanceBrian
