I'm lucky because my wife has stuck with me and our daughter has turned out so well and she has only one semester left at the University of Arkansas.Making as much or more money in your savings is kind of like real estate in that it may take a little more work and if you have that time.

I didn’t have a car for my first semester and while the transit system here is not as efficient as the city, if you plan ahead you’ll be able to get to places outside the main part of Buffalo.

These can most definitely be cash-flowing properties, but they take more methodical planning to avoid gaps in leases and usually, you have to start marketing 6months out in order to catch the eyes of the students for next semester.
