By the way, most land trust deals are perfectly legitimate, but my personal internal reminder is.......not all land trusts are scams, but most scammers use land trusts!

The biggest scam is someone will post your house on CL for a much lower price and thentry to have prospective tenants send money to them.

The most recent is one from a reality show that wants to handle the whole episode (yes the pun is intended) Make sure you really check them out if you are considering this, could be a scam.

I think there should be a group of people like my self who post all the loans that that have closed with private lenders and post all the scam artists so that we will know the good ones from the bad ones.
