So many nuances from property taxes, insurances, what does airdna or rabbit say, cost of internet, HOA, permit costs, local utilities, are you doing maintenance or is someone else.... 

I was wondering also how these title being done pre internet era ?

We did this a few months back with a tenant and has worked out fine.... there are of course a few things you must bear in mind that were safeguards for us:1.

Now, if you’re speaking about some gurus who promote subject to without safeguards to be used by people with no experience or financial ability to withstand a foreclosure action then I agree that it can be an irresponsible act.  

At what point with the amount of content there is on the internet will people not feel bad for people when this happens.

I can find the development on the internet, but my concern is the way the "deal" is structured. 

A quick internet search will show that.

There was  no internet for me it was Years of being in the business to learn these not well known techniques and concepts.

I also include in minimum requirements  minimum credit score of 600+ with no utility, cell phone, cable or internet delinquencies or collections.
