As you can imagine, they are busy assisting the Power Utility to restore service and probably will not get to us before the end-of-the-week.

So what you are saying is that the county will make it super costly to remove the citations, restore occupancy status, require inspections and charge for them, etc.  

They are siding against me with regard to restoring the unit back to the way it was prior tenants moving in.

However, since I am saving the historic doors and overall trying to maintain the original "charm", I am playing with the idea of restoring the windows.The glass is in good condition, however in two rooms they have painted over the glass with paint (why?!
