It was the fact that their interest rates were way below market rates.With all of that said- the challenge with NACA is the lack of a sense of urgency, poor follow-up, unavailability,  and a bad reputation with some listing agents  When you complete the training provided by NACA you then have to go out in the real world to get a deal done.  

I know its not going to be on me, but I don't want my reputation to suffer.Also, the tenants husband had been living with her for 7 years with no problems before the DV incident occurred.

I would also get to know a reputable landlord/tenant attorney in your market. 

Jay mentioned earlier that my company has a reputation for service.  

Same question like if you are a supplier to company , you made your project more continues and large enough so they can give you enough volume discount… key imo is to use the same contractor over and over so both parties are creating mutual trust.

Is anyone aware of any reputable lenders doing flip and hold lending with reasonable terms?
