People are proud to be from Toledo for the first time in a long time, and the reinventing of Toledo's economy, downtown, sports teams, and MetroPark system are the big reasons.

Like many people, I started with turnkey providers, so I don't have to reinvent the wheel.

The reason for options is so that if you both want to extend the notification process is simple and you're not reinventing the wheel by drafting and negotiating a brand new lease if everything is working.

Paint colour, cabinets, counter, tile, flooring, locks, pulls, window coverings, toilets, sinks, faucets, ext colours, and on and on... yes, every property in unique, but that doesn’t mean you should be buying 1 farmhouse style, one ultra modern, one apartment condo, one townhouse etc and reinventing your system each time.

Remember, many of us have already been through this ordeal before, so you don't have to reinvent the wheel. 

I could go back and read these books (and others), take notes (or pay someone to do so), listen to podcasts etc and piecemeal together my own system but I'd rather not re-invent the REI wheel if someone has already made a thorough version.
