Does anyone recommend knowledge sources on building a mobile home parks (websites, books, organizations, plans, etc..). 

I know nothing about Joe McCall, but if he does not honor his warrantee I know enough that I would recommend all investors avoid his program like the plague.If you had a 90 Day money back guarantee, and you do not feel the program was worth the money then you should get your money back.As for getting your parents assistance 1) they are not obligated to assist you in RE 2) If you cannot convince them to assist you in RE then maybe you need to further your skill set. 

I would maybe recommend reaching out to another CPA or two to get an idea of the cost in your area and with your situation to see if you're overpaying.

If you do, I recommend you hire a real estate agent to help you lease up the units.

Recommend you don't make an offer.
