People will get creative with people who they believe in, but if it's just blind bids for a random customer that they don't know, then I'm surprised they aren't asking for 50% upfront.  

I ended up searching and finding a random retailer on google shopping.

There's only one problem.. the current image is an older profile picture and not my current one.

People keep tossing out random numbers but there has to be more to the analysis than just the cash flow per door per month.

About $1800 in random repairs, some missing cracked shingles, hvac drainage line repair, a few electrical items, minor mold in crawl,  drainage line on pressure relief valve of water heater The most annoying part was that the appraiser said the railings on the porch had to have gap less than 4 inches.

@Paula RatcliffLawyer - you can't have board members randomly calling the lawyer or it gets expensive fast - and this isn't a lawyer issue - it is a CPA question.

Unlikely to find that by calling random phone numbers, so buy some folks some beers at the REIA meetup and ask for a referral.
