Hi folks, with Silicon Valley's push to try and automate traditional MFH property management, I'm curious if there's any providers you've heard of or tried that are also attacking the HOA/COA space as well? 

I have a feeling they are going to try to push me into a dual agency spot and probably make me use their title company as well.

On top of that, I have been pushing some travel all this time, and I can no longer do it for personal reasons, so on the 14 of August, I'm not even in the country. 

Lots of syndicators raise all sorts of capital from Docs just to push all the risk onto them and leave them high and dry.

Are there any resources, legal advice, or best practices you would recommend for pushing back against overreaching regulations?

You're so right that many homeowners can't host due to time constraints, flat hate hosting, or other personal reasons, yet have a bad PM that is not pushing the home to be the best it could.

And it'll continue to be a savior-esque option, despite the hate some people push on it.

Some "dude" just saw that other grey walls, white shaker cabinets, and a white-washed style LVP sold down the street and so that is the easiest way to make a buck.  

I'd push back on the appraisal fee.
