Perhaps you can procure new tenants as your existing leases expire, and get there quicker. 

If an unlicensed wholesaler can operate without using any oral or printed solicitation to sell real property of others or interests therein, or who takes any part in the procuring of purchasers, or receives, expects, or is promised any compensation or valuable consideration, directly or indirectly therefor, then you're right... but that's a pretty high bar.

We got our first home back in 2020 in summer, we had that home for a year and a half when we got it refinanced and we managed to get our monthly payment lower and the cash that we got was enough to procure us our dream home, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 Baths over 3000 sqf, two car garage, creen porch and a inground pool.

I will parrot that in Cleveland, your money can go very far on anything from a 2-4 unit.

So, I plan to procure a tax list, run a vacancy check, tag by list type (probate/divorce/backtaxes/foreclosure/absentee out of state, etc) and find those that are vacant and with multiple tags.

At that scale we aren't talking about just buying some real estate, we are talking about forming a major corporation to procure and manage that many rentals.
