I believe NY is the poster child...they've decided LL can bear the cost more easily and therefore will most likely prevent the spread if the tenant can simply tell the LL they need it eradicated.

I'm looking for durable furniture, linens, construction materials, things like that.I have and STR and an MTR and the maintenance things just keep piling up: LVP cracking, paint chipping/peeling/bubbling, walls constantly getting marked up, dining chair bolts coming loose, stains on every piece of cloth and furniture. 

You can look it up on Zillow for recently updated photos, except for the new painting which was done recently to cover some of the stains.

I think overturning some of them will include getting some of the nearby lots to vote on it as there is a clause stating that that's allowed.The thing that scares me the most is regarding the stylistic stuff -- there's a clause stating -- "The homes shall be harmonious with and reflect the exterior design characteristics of these homes already erected on the property" and that combined with -- "it should be lawful for any peron or persons owning any real property situated in said tract, to prosecute an action or proceeding at law or in equity against a person or persons either to prevent him or them from violating these covenants or to recover damages for such violation"My RE lawyer friend said that its such a broad clause that it could potentially open you up to getting sued if a neighbor really wanted to depending on the stylistic choice of your home.

I think that the intent was to prevent breaking a single UoP into components.

However, I’m not sure if the fact that the businesses and properties being owned by Virginia LLCs prevents the asset protection and anonymity that I’m looking for.

Secondly, I would get that leak fixed asap to prevent this happening again.
