Look for cold caller and acquisitions agent roles. 

After listening to the BiggerPockets Show 31 podcast about wholesaling with Lamar Cannon, he speaks about a voicemail service he uses that forwards callers to a voicemail where they can say some information about the property, their name, etc.

If you didn't do that already for this call, check your caller ID.

Make sure you're utilizing the Do Not Call list... people like me love fund our vacations by suing cold callers for $500-$1500 per violating call/text.

No, I highly doubt that,  those things you are talking about are for seasoned Investors after you've closed a couple deals and have the cash to do more complicated stuff like digital marketing, SEO, Website, Email Marketing, hiring cold callers etc etc.

And yes, I just hired me a cold caller and want to use this as a strategy for my business.
