Can you give more details on your numbers, purchase prices, rehab costs, time to complete rehab, ARV, monthly rent?

Not sure what your monthly cost is, but every vacant month it costs a lot trying to make that up. 

The longer you hang out on the bridge the more it costs you.

I would also suggest finding a 100% LTC (loan to cost) lender that will fund all of your rehab and all of your purchase.

In light of this, I have been exploring the possibility of pursuing creative finance options, specifically seller finance deals, as a potential means to achieve my goals.
