Are you marketing to your sphere of influence and making sure to ask them for referrals?

The vendor is quick, large and affordable.Carpet - 18 oz Shaw nylon, $10.20/yard installed, $50 for stairsVinyl - 10 year Shaw, $11.79/yard installed, $1.25/foot shoe mold, $25 reset a toiletIt's my understanding that the vinyl is easy to repair.  

This is called your Sphere of influence SOI.

I work full time for an IT company throughout the week so I don't have a ton of time to door knock and want to get the most out of my weekends.With no true sphere or contacts here I want to find out if RedX is a good way to get expired listings. 

While you are in your classes I would recommend that you send a letter or card to everyone in your sphere of influence letting them know that you are becoming a realtor.

Things I am doing so far:Hosing open houses for other agents in the office.Sponsoring neighborhoods on Nextdoor (much cheaper than the big .coms).Using my 'sphere' to work with family and friends.Joining local cambers to source leadsJoining groups on Facebook What other cost effective ways would you advise sourcing leads for buyers and sellers?  

I think one issue in the OZ space is the ability to invest in and outside of the OZs themselves.
