I am here for experts opinion to find out what you guys think?

Here's how I do my due diligence:1) Portfolio matching: (takes 30 seconds per deal)a) Have an educated opinion on where I think we are in the real estate cycles (financial and physical market cycles)b) Then and only then do I pick the strategies, capital stack, and specialized asset subclasses that make sense for that opinion.

Matterport, in my opinion, is a step above traditional video tours because it allows people to tour the property and view the measurements of each room. 

So, if a PM allowed a squatter to live in a unit 30 days without noticing or taking action, that would be negligent in my opinion.

If it takes you $8-10k to renovate a unit, not including cost and time to find a new qualified tenant etc. a $50 -$100 a month difference in rent for a known / stable tenant in my opinion outweighs the the full turn prospect.  

Tithing, worshiping, loving your neighbor, helping the poor, etc. are all outward expressions of an internal witness.  

Would love to hear the opinion of experts.And also if you have any recommendations for brokers and lenders specializing in NNN please let me know.  

If you've been looking to buy, the next few months leading up the election is the perfect time, in my opinion.
