He asked about the first one, as it was confusing with originally recorded errors in the legal description (two half duplexes where the legal descriptions had been swapped at the original sale). 

It is easy to get the legal description incorrect and cloud the title

Guess I should be more descriptive...there’s a big difference between carpets needing replaced and units that don’t have flooring except for subfloor.  

The description says that it's a burn out house and is not livable.

LP’s don’t typically show an address, just a legal description.

Make sure that your listing has pictures (the more professional looking, the better) and a great description.

Not much luck on the MLS...Anyway, I was at a BBQ last week and met a real estate investor from Louisiana and he said to try calling around to local banks and getting on a distribution list for their REO properties.
