It seems like a logical extension of the idea to pay rent to the property LLC for the space I inhabit - even though I hadn't consider that further rental income as well.I haven't had time to process DSCR, but I will certainly do so.

ed maximum commission.So to me it is speaking to the requirements of the listing agent/Broker in the first two sections so the logical conclusion is that the third is probably similar and is in dealing with the requirements as a result of contact made while acting as a real estate agent.

Two points in particular that resonate with me are @Ellis San Jose "opportunity cost" and @Jerry W. logic of the 12% existing cap rate versus losing money at anything below 13%.
