I've finally made the decision to get into the market to Build to Rent.

There is a reason banks don't make loans on stocks.

On the other hand, newly listed properties tend to attract offers at asking price due to higher demand and interest. 

They have the correct lease agreement and disclosures and make it much easier.

(I assume trying to get free leads or market their name as the local expert.)If no one at your broker will help, reach out to new realtors.

My vision is to keep it a while (it’s paid off) and use the cashflow to help with my kids college.  

I just closed on a new construction home through Rent To Retirement, and wanted to share my experience.

Depending on the type of commercial you want to get into my suggestion is to go work for a company that does commercial real estate as learning from people who do it and getting paid at the same time is not a bad strategy
