One of the ways I find wholesalers in El Paso is to drive around some of the major intersections near local hotspots like 79938.

New apartments are going up southwest of the intersection of Parsons & Livingston that look like they'll be ready by spring or early summer next year, behind the new(ish) building that has Crest Parsons, the Fitness Loft & Local Matters, etc.

I'm north of Charlotte at the I77 & I40 intersection.

What makes you choose a certain neighborhood, and once there, how do you navigate, what makes you turn left on this intersection and not right?
